We are fully operational and open for business offering our full range of services.

Our response

As the Covid-19 pandemic evolves, it continues to impact on everyday life, presenting challenges and circumstances that each one of us are having to adapt to. We recognise our role in providing both essential and recreational transport services. We make it our priority and responsibility to ensure that our services continue to operate in a safe and reliable manner. As such we have focused our efforts as below.

Our objectives during the ever changing situation are to ensure;

  • The ongoing health, safety and welfare of our employees and passengers

  • The ongoing provision of safe and reliable services for all our drivers and passengers

Key to these objectives are the continuity of our business, and as such we continue to closely monitor, engage with, and implement the necessary government and trade association (CPT) guidelines, essential for our operation to continue and to meet these objectives.

Our specific risk assessment has identified a number of additional health and safety measures which we have implemented.

In addition to this;

  • Risk reduction measures are implemented for drivers and vehicles including driver face coverings required for all journeys.

  • Regular consultations and briefings with drivers to ensure ongoing passenger safety, in line with the latest guidance.

  • Driver interaction with passengers advising on latest requirements to adhere with hygiene on-board, face coverings and adequate social distancing when seated and during the journey.

  • All passengers except those that meet exemption requirements as set by UK government are required to wear face coverings.

Operational resilience
We have implemented the following as a direct response to ensure safe ongoing operations:

For our office staff, drivers, vehicle inspectors and mechanics, all work related activities are being carried out in accordance with HSE Covid-19 Working Safely guidance and we are operating a flexible home-working policy where it is possible to do so.

In addition to the management of our resources we have also invested in new technology including infra-red laser thermometers for regular driver temperature checking and V-SAN fog sanitisation machines to sanitise vehicles after each journey.
